Key Roles & Responsibilities
Customer Relationship Management
Serve as the primary contact for customers, providing
excellent customer service
by responding to all inquiries, professionally and appropriately, and resolving issues efficiently.
Manage the
customer service process
from start to finish, which includes identifying customer issues, troubleshooting solutions, assembling and forwarding necessary information, and verifying the customer's understanding.
Transaction and POS Management
Accurately process all customer transactions, including managing cash, credit card transactions, and other payment methods.
Proficiently use the
POS system
to scan items, apply discounts, manage transactions, and issue receipts.
Ensure the precise handling of payments and the accurate processing of all customer transactions.
Requirements
Experience:
2 to 3 years of proven experience in a
retail supermarket
or similar fast-paced retail environment.
Education:
Graduation
Availability:
Must be an Immediate Joiner.
