The Cash Administrator contributes to executing and optimizing the company's cash management activities. Working collaboratively, you will contribute to maintaining optimal liquidity and ensuring the efficient movement of funds between accounts. Your role is integral to upholding financial stability and providing key insights that aid strategic decision-making through effective cash flow management.
Key Accountabilities
Cash Flow Monitoring:
Monitor daily cash positions of company bank accounts.
Analyze and report on cash flow patterns, providing insights to support decision-making.
Bank Relationship Management:
Manage and review documentation for accessing banking services.
Manage the opening and closing of company bank accounts.
Collaborate with financial institutions, investors, and underwriters to facilitate the issuance process.
Cash Concentration and Pooling:
Contribute to the management of hedging contracts and derivatives in accordance with the Treasury Director, with a focus on currencies, implementing new platforms as needed.
Contribute to the implementation and management of cash concentration and pooling structures to optimize liquidity.
Transaction Execution:
Facilitate the execution of fund transfers, wire transactions, and other cash-related activities.
Compliance and Risk Management:
Ensure compliance with financial policies, regulations, and internal controls.
Contribute to the mitigation of financial risks related to cash management activities
Reporting:
Generate and analyze reports related to cash management for internal stakeholders.
Provide regular updates on cash positions and liquidity status.
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration Finance Management or Other
Qualifications
From 3 to 5 years relevant work experience in finance, treasury, or cash management.
Good understanding of financial principles, accounting procedures, and cash flow management is crucial. Knowledge of financial markets and investment strategies may also be beneficial.
Familiarity with financial software, treasury management systems, and other relevant technologies is important.
Understanding and managing financial risks, including interest rate risk, currency risk, and liquidity risk, is a key aspect of cash management.
