Job Title: Case Manager

Role & Responsibilities:

Patient Management:

Daily Engagement:

Meet with patients first thing in the morning to discuss their progress and needs.

Detailed Oversight:

Maintain an in-depth understanding of each patient's medical, psychological, and emotional status.

Reporting:

IPD Rounds:

Prepare and present detailed reports during In-Patient Department (IPD) rounds.

Decision Documentation:

Ensure all decisions and actions are thoroughly documented and communicated to the Senior Resident.

Diagnosis and Treatment:

Accurate Diagnosis:

Strive for precise and timely diagnosis in collaboration with the healthcare team.

Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor's/master's in clinical psychology

Mode

: Full-time, on-site role (WFO - Work from Office).

: Delhi

Working Hours

: 9 hours 6 days a week with rotational week off.

Experience:

Freshers/Minimum 1.5 Yr of Exp as a Case Manager

Note-Female candidate who are comfortable to stay in centre premises
