Job Summary
The Executive - Case Management is responsible for the end-to-end coordination and support of patients throughout their treatment journey. This includes the initial interaction with patients to explain the direct billing process and liaising with their preferred healthcare providers to obtain treatment plans and cost estimates. The role ensures timely submission of these details within the defined turnaround time (TAT) and manages continuous follow-ups for approvals, admissions, and discharges.
A key responsibility is the accurate and timely collection of discharge documents, along with confirmation of referrals in line with TAT requirements. Additionally, the Case Management Executive collects patient feedback on treatment facilitation and oversees the review and documentation process, ensuring seamless communication among patients, providers, and internal teams.

Coordinate care and support for patients throughout the treatment process.
Assess and document patient needs and treatment requirements.
Educate and support patients regarding the treatment process and billing procedures.
Build trust and maintain reliability in communication with patients and providers.
Maintain effective communication with internal teams to ensure coordinated care.
Handle international and patient refund bookings, along with data processing.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
