Over 22,000 happy families across 125+ landmark properties stand testimony to our commitment. s: 1) To perform handover of allocated units to the customers in a delightful way and thereby create memorable handover experience for the customers. 2) Coordinate with internal teams for welcome kit bag , unit keys , gift , handover documents. 3) Coordinate with site team for unit cleanliness and ensure the decoration team decorates the unit before the handover . 4) Ensure zero snags prior to handover and escalate the same to the concerned team to address immediately. 5) Collect Testimonials , Referrals by delighting the customers. 6) Conduct special handovers for VIP customers with almost care and create a long lasting positive impact. 7) Conduct Handover events by coordinating with vendors and internal stake holders and take care of arrangements and customer coordination through out the event. Candidates from hospitality and events background with atleast 3-4 yrs experience and good customers handling experience is preferred.
