Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional service. Identify new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research. Present and demonstrate products or services to potential customers effectively. Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations that highlight the benefits of our offerings. Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets. Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns that drive sales. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-ups in the CRM system. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to inform sales strategies.

Experience

Proven experience in a sales role or similar position is preferred but not mandatory for enthusiastic candidates willing to learn. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences. Excellent negotiation skills with a results-oriented mindset. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with CRM software is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided. A positive attitude, resilience, and determination to succeed are key attributes for this role.
