Responsibilities

Acquire new customers for Current Account & Savings Account (CASA) Meet customers directly through field visits, cold calling, follow-ups, and references Build strong relationships with customers and ensure service excellence Cross-sell banking products such as FD, RD, insurance, and loan products Ensure accurate documentation, KYC compliance, and account opening processes Maintain daily sales reports and achieve monthly acquisition goals Participate in customer mapping and identify new business opportunities

Required Skills

Strong communication & interpersonal skills Experience in Banking / NBFC / Insurance / Direct Sales Ability to manage customer relationships and handle field work Basic knowledge of banking products and MS Office Willingness to travel (field sales role)

Eligibility

Any Graduate (Full-time only) 1-8 years of experience in Banking / BFSI / Direct Sales Two-wheeler and valid driving license
