Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Personal Banker (PB) to drive CASA (Current Account & Savings Account) acquisition and ensure excellent relationship management with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Acquire new CASA accounts through open market and branch-based activities Maintain and deepen existing customer relationships Achieve monthly sales targets for CASA and cross-sell banking products Ensure customer satisfaction and provide prompt service Generate leads through field visits, references, and networking Educate customers on bank products, services, and digital platforms Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines

Required Skills:

Minimum 1 year experience in CASA / Retail Banking Sales Strong communication and customer handling skills Ability to achieve targets and work independently Knowledge of local market and area

Graduation (Any stream)
