We are looking for enthusiastic and result-driven professionals to join Equitas Bank as CASA Sales Officers. The role involves acquiring new customers and driving CASA (Current Account & Savings Account) growth while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Acquire new CASA customers through field sales and direct sourcing. Achieve monthly sales targets for CASA accounts. Cross-sell banking products to deepen customer relationships. Conduct market visits, customer meetings, and promotional activities. Maintain customer records and ensure compliance with bank policies.
Key Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Sales-driven and target-oriented mindset. Basic knowledge of banking products. Self-motivated with good networking ability.
Eligibility:

Graduate (any discipline). Prior experience in field sales preferred.
Salary 35000

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹37,000.00 per month
