We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented
Carton Box Manufacturing Head
to lead our production operations. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of the carton box manufacturing process and strong managerial acumen to drive efficiency, quality, and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the entire carton box manufacturing process from raw material procurement to final dispatch.
Ensure production targets are met without compromising on quality and cost-effectiveness.
Monitor and maintain machinery, equipment, and plant infrastructure for seamless operations.
Lead and motivate production staff, including shift supervisors and machine operators.
Implement lean manufacturing practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
Manage inventory levels, procurement schedules, and vendor coordination.
Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and quality standards
Collaborate with senior management on strategic decisions and resource planning.
Required Experience & Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience
in carton box or packaging material manufacturing.
Strong knowledge of die-cutting, printing, folding, and pasting operations.
Hands-on experience with corrugation machines, punching machines, and finishing equipment.
Proven leadership skills and ability to handle a team under tight deadlines.
Degree or diploma in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or a related field is preferred.
