Job Description

Accountable for flawless execution of Carto activities, including non-BAU validations (RRES/Adhoc projects) and data collection queries, ensuring accurate and actionable information. Improve harmonization and enable better engagement between GDA, GO, and Data Science teams during daily interactions. Support the Carto Manager/Leader in eliminating redundancies, reducing manual processes, and enabling rapid response to business demands to achieve an optimized end-to-end operations model. Participate in regional and global initiatives from GDA and other functions as required. Investigate data inquiries and challenges with local teams, collaborating with stakeholders to identify root causes. Maintain function-specific documentation and monitor compliance, escalating issues to the team leader when necessary. Ensure timely and accurate map creation, coordinate with PDE to share codeframe changes, and deliver maps to the delivery team. Analyze input maps, recommend action plans or replacements, and execute approved plans while monitoring local input and providing feedback to the team lead.
