Carrier Management Executive (CMT) - US Logistics | Night Shift

Shift: Night Shift (US Shift)
Experience: 2-3 Years
Industry: US Freight Brokerage / Logistics.
Key Responsibilities (Target-Driven)
Source and onboard new carriers daily to meet coverage targets
Ensure 100% compliance of carrier documents (MC, COI, W-9, authority)
Maintain an active and verified carrier database in TMS
Negotiate competitive carrier rates to maximize brokerage margins
Support dispatch and brokerage teams with real-time capacity solutions
Track carrier performance and ensure on-time pickups & deliveries
Resolve carrier issues, delays, or escalations quickly to minimize losses
Meet daily/weekly onboarding, coverage, and performance targets
Build long-term carrier relationships to ensure consistent capacity
1-3 years of experience in Carrier Management / Dispatch
Strong understanding of US trucking market & carrier sourcing
Hands-on experience with DAT, Truckstop, TMS, and MS Excel
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure, targets, and tight timelines
Comfortable working night shifts (US operations)
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with high-volume load coverage
Knowledge of FMCSA rules & carrier safety ratings
Proven record of meeting or exceeding operational targets

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
