Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Carpenter Supervisor with in-depth knowledge of all types of wooden structures including sofa frames, chairs, tables, consoles, beds, wall paneling, and more. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership qualities and hands-on experience managing a team of carpenters in a furniture manufacturing setup.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and guide the carpentry team in daily operations Ensure production of high-quality wooden furniture and structures as per design specifications Oversee fabrication of sofa frames, chairs, tables, beds, consoles, wall panels, etc. Maintain production timelines and ensure timely completion of work Monitor inventory and coordinate material requirements with the procurement team Conduct quality checks and ensure adherence to safety standards

Requirements:

Minimum 7 years of experience in furniture and carpentry supervision Excellent knowledge of wooden frame construction and furniture fabrication Strong team management and communication skills Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and designs

Pay: ?16,777.83 - ?40,253.18 per month
