Responsibilities
Perform construction estimating to determine project costs and resource requirements.
Execute trim and frame carpentry tasks with precision and attention to detail.
Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various construction tasks.
Read blueprints and schematics to understand project requirements and specifications.
Carry out concrete forming, plastering, and rebar installation as needed.
Engage in fabrication, fixture installation, and cabinet installation for diverse projects.
Conduct water damage restoration, mold remediation, and other restoration services.
Handle heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely on construction sites.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining high standards of quality.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times.
Experience
Candidates should possess the following skills and experience:
Proven experience in construction, carpentry, roofing, woodworking, and related fields.
Familiarity with construction site protocols and safety regulations.
Proficiency in flooring installation, tile laying, siding, caulking, stucco application, metal stud framing, plumbing, masonry, remodeling, electrical work, and construction painting.
Experience with CNC machinery and assembly processes is a plus.
Previous experience in the restoration industry is highly desirable.
