We are seeking a dedicated and skilled

Maintenance Carpenter

Responsibilities:

Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on all carpentry-related fixtures, fittings, and structures at the client site. Diagnose and repair defects, damage, and wear and tear on wooden structures, furniture, doors, windows, and cabinets. Execute reactive repair work promptly and efficiently in response to client requests. Read and interpret maintenance logs, work orders, and blueprints to ensure all tasks are completed to a high standard. Maintain a detailed record of all maintenance and repair work performed. Collaborate with other maintenance staff and the client's facilities team to ensure smooth operations. Manage a supply of essential tools and materials for common maintenance tasks. Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a carpenter, with a strong emphasis on repair and maintenance work. Extensive knowledge of carpentry techniques, materials, and repair methods. Proficiency in using a wide range of hand and power tools for both fine finishing and structural repairs. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently to identify and fix issues. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with the client and other team members. A proactive and organized approach to work, with a focus on preventative maintenance. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
