Key Responsibilities

Craftsmanship: Design, cut, shape, and assemble wooden toy components with precision, ensuring high-quality finishes. Material Handling: Select and prepare sustainable wood materials, including plywood, MDF, and solid wood, adhering to safety and environmental standards. Quality Assurance: Inspect finished products for defects, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality benchmarks. Collaboration: Work closely with the design and production teams to meet project specifications and deadlines. Maintenance: Maintain and care for carpentry tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition. Innovation: Contribute to the development of new toy designs, providing insights and suggestions based on carpentry expertise.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills: Proficiency in using carpentry tools such as saws, drills, sanders, and routers. Blueprint Interpretation: Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints. Attention to Detail: Strong focus on precision and quality in all aspects of work. Safety Awareness: Knowledge of safety protocols and practices in carpentry. Experience: Minimum of 2 years in carpentry, preferably in a manufacturing or toy production environment. Communication: Basic proficiency in Hindi or Marathi; English is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

Certifications: Formal training or certification in carpentry or woodworking. Experience: Previous experience in toy manufacturing or working with sustainable materials. Creative Skills: Ability to contribute to design improvements and innovations.
