Job Description
Structural Repairs:
Repairing and maintaining wooden or metal structures, including doors, doorframes, partitions, and walls throughout the cinema premises.Furniture & Fixture Maintenance:
Repairing and fixing cinema seating (including recliners), lounge furniture, tables, and cabinets.Fixing & Installation:
Handling woodwork, installing molding, and repairing drywall.Preventative Maintenance:
Conducting routine inspections of the building to identify and address repair needs before they become major issues.Multitasking/Facility Support:
Assisting with other facility tasks, which may include minor plumbing, masonry, or electrical repairs, especially in a "Multi-Skilled Technician" role.Safety Compliance:
Ensuring all work adheres to safety regulations, including fire door inspections and maintaining clear, safe working areas.Job Type: Full-time
