About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled

Carpenter

to join our creative and production team at Lattice Lane and White Tusker. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in all aspects of carpentry, should be well-versed with tools and machines, and be ready to join immediately.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and build high-quality wood-based structures and furniture. Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and designs. Work with a variety of materials including hardwood, plywood, MDF, and more. Operate hand and power tools such as drills, saws, planers, sanders, nail guns, etc. Install fittings like hinges, locks, and handles. Ensure accurate measurements and finishing. Maintain worksite cleanliness and safety standards.

Key Skills & Qualities:

Proven experience as a Carpenter (minimum 3 years preferred). Expertise in traditional and modern carpentry techniques. Skilled in operating a wide range of power tools and machinery. Strong attention to detail and precision in workmanship. Good physical strength and stamina. Ability to follow technical instructions and safety guidelines. Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented. Willingness to work under deadlines.

Eligibility:

Immediate Joiners Only Prior experience in furniture production or interior woodwork is a plus Must be based in or willing to relocate to Bangalore
