Job Title: Carpenter / Foreman

Location: Sarjapur, Bangalore

Experience: 5+ years in furniture manufacturing or carpentry supervision

Education: Diploma in Carpentry, Woodworking, or related field

CTC: 25,000 - 30,000 per month

We are seeking a skilled Carpenter / Foreman to lead and manage our production team in furniture manufacturing. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in carpentry, strong leadership skills, and a keen eye for detail.

Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers involved in furniture manufacturing, assembly, finishing and installation. Monitor workflow to ensure that production targets, quality standards and deadlines are met. Interpret blueprint, technical drawings and design specification to guide the team. Train and mentor team members on proper safety protocols, equipment, use, and best practices. Conduct regular inspections to ensure high-quality craftsmanship and compliance with safety regulations. Manage inventory of materials and tools and report shortages or equipment issues to management. collaborate with production managers, designers, and clients to ensure accurate execution of custom orders. Enforce company policies and safety standards on the shop floor. Maintain production logs and generate reports and output downtime and labour efficiency.
