Job Role Summary:

The Carpenter will be responsible for the cutting, assembling, installation, and finishing of woodwork elements across luxury interior projects. This includes custom-made furniture, wardrobes, modular kitchens, wooden flooring, wall paneling, and decorative wooden elements.

Key Responsibilities:

Woodworking & Assembly: Measure, cut, and shape wood, plywood, and laminates using appropriate tools. Fabricate and assemble furniture like beds, wardrobes, TV units, panels, modular kitchen cabinets, etc. Installation at Site: Install furniture, doors, drawers, panels, and frames accurately as per drawing. Ensure perfect leveling, alignment, and finishing of joints and surfaces. Finishing & Polish Readiness: Sanding, edge finishing, and making products ready for polish, PU, or veneer application. Install accessories like handles, hinges, channels, and knobs. Material Handling: Use and maintain tools (circular saw, jigsaw, hand drills, etc.) responsibly. Coordinate with the supervisor for material needs and work planning. On-Site Coordination: Collaborate with the site engineer and interior designer to execute works as per approved drawings. Ensure cleanliness and safety at the workplace.
Key Skills Required:

Proficiency in furniture making and carpentry joinery Ability to read and understand basic drawings Knowledge of modular fittings and latest hardware systems (Hettich, Hafele, etc.) Familiarity with MDF, plywood, veneer, laminate, and edge-banding techniques Precision, speed, and attention to detail
Educational Qualification & Experience:

No formal education required; ITI or trade certification preferred 3-7 years of hands-on carpentry experience in interiors or modular furniture projects

Pay: ₹11,945.64 - ₹25,000.00 per month
