Fresher (ITI-Carpentry) or Experience as a helper in interior/woodwork installation (preferred).
Physically fit and able to lift and move materials.
Basic understanding of tools and site work.
Punctual, disciplined, and willing to work across different sites.
Ability to follow instructions and work with the installation team.
