About the Job:

We are currently seeking a dedicated and hardworking couple to serve as a Caretaker and House Help for a large private bungalow in Chinchwad, Pune. The ideal candidates should be willing to relocate and have a genuine love for maintaining a home and surrounding property. This opportunity includes accommodation, competitive pay, and other benefits.

Responsibilities:

For the Caretaker/Watchman:

Regularly patrolling the property to ensure safety and security Walk and take care of the household dog Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of the property's surroundings Report any suspicious activities to the property owner Assist in simple home maintenance tasks, as required
For the House Help:

Maintain the cleanliness of the interior of the home Assist in meal preparations, as required Undertake laundry and ironing duties Ensure that household supplies are replenished when necessary Assist in the care and walking of the household dog, as required

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a similar role preferred, but not mandatory Ability to communicate efficiently Reliable, trustworthy, and with a high level of integrity Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Should be comfortable around pets Ability to perform physical tasks as the job may require Willingness to relocate to Chinchwad, Pune

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
