Job Title: Caretaker (Hospitality Property)

Location: Dharamkot, Himachal Pradesh

Type: Full-time, On-site

About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and proactive Caretaker to help maintain our property, assist guests, and support our cafe operations. The ideal candidate will be organized, attentive to detail, and friendly with guests while keeping the property clean and running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and operate the water pump, ensuring it is turned off after filling.

Conduct regular property cleaning rounds, starting from the cafe outdoor area, coworking space floors and tables, and the rest of the property down to the ground floor.

Check and restock coffee, tea, sugar, and extra toilet rolls on each floor.

Empty all trash bins across the property.

Provide guest room service when required (between 10am to 5pm)

Assist walk-in guests/customers at the cafe reception and provide guidance.

Conduct a second property round during the day to clear any mess, check bins, and inspect the ground-floor kitchen.

Support kitchen operations by washing utensils twice daily and keeping the kitchen floor clean.

Mop floors and maintain cleanliness whenever required.

Assist with any other housekeeping and maintenance needs as directed.

Requirements

Prior experience in housekeeping, caretaking, or hospitality preferred

Communication skills in Hindi/English

Physically fit and willing to handle cleaning and light maintenance tasks

Friendly and helpful attitude towards guests
