for our medium-sized commercial building located in Kalamasserry. The caretaker will be responsible for the day-to-day upkeep, general maintenance, and smooth functioning of the premises, ensuring a safe and well-maintained environment for tenants and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations and upkeep of the building premises.
Monitor and ensure cleanliness and orderliness of common areas.
Coordinate with service providers (housekeeping, security, maintenance vendors, etc.).
Report and assist in resolving maintenance issues such as plumbing, electrical, and minor repairs.
Maintain proper records related to building utilities, complaints, and service activities.
Ensure building safety protocols are followed at all times.
Support tenants and visitors with basic assistance as required.
Qualification & Requirements:
Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass.
Prior experience in a caretaker/maintenance or related role preferred.
Basic knowledge of electrical/plumbing issues will be an added advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsible, trustworthy, and able to work independently.
Candidates residing in and around Kalamassery are most welcome.
