Roles & responsibilities
1. Oversee all maintenance related to project consisting of 31 villas and 6 apartments building. Additional 7-9 villas to come.
2. ?Manage one resident cleaning staff and contractors on ad-hoc basis as required.
3. ?Liaise with Residents Association committee Secretary or release of payments to contractors, labourers, and fees and taxes related to the project, eg property taxes, etc.
4. ?Liaise with maintenance contractors, eg swimming pool maintenance, electrical & plumbing contractors, etc on all matters related to clubhouse complex and pumps for water wells in complex.
5. ?Liaise with residents on concerns related to common areas and specifically to individual villas to provide assistance as best possible.
6. ?Liaise with local authorities on provisioning of services, eg maintenance of approach roads, trimming of trees overgrowth into project, etc.
7. ?Maintain all files and paperwork related to maintenance schedules, invoices from contractors, tax notices and payments, etc.
8. ?Ensure proper checks of all areas of clubhouse complex, including solar plant, functioning of swimming pool, maintenance of interiors including painting, furniture etc, workability of gym equipment etc.
9. Monitor security staff
10. ?Liaise with external service providers like KSEB during times of service interruptions or issues.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
