Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Caretaker to manage the daily upkeep and maintenance of our apartment complex. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the overall cleanliness, security, and maintenance of the property.

Key Responsibilities: (Live-in/24-hour Duty)

- "The successful candidate will be required to stay on premises and be available for 24-hour duty, with adequate rest periods and time off as per company policy."

- "This is a live-in position requiring 24-hour availability, with regular breaks and scheduled time off."

1. Maintain cleanliness and organization of common areas

2. Monitor and report maintenance issues

3. Manage access and security

4. Handle package delivery and storage

5. Respond to resident inquiries

6. Perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks

7. Collaborate with vendors and service providers

Requirements:

1. Experience in facilities management or caretaking

2. Basic knowledge of maintenance and repair

3. Good communication and interpersonal skills

4. Ability to work independently

5. Trustworthy and reliable

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
