Property Maintenance

: Keeping buildings, gardens, and common areas clean and in good condition.

Guest Assistance

: Helping guests with requests, directions, or minor issues.

Security Monitoring

: Ensuring the safety of the resort by keeping an eye on security measures.

Housekeeping Support

: Coordinating with cleaning staff to keep rooms and facilities tidy.

Repair & Upkeep

: Handling minor repairs, plumbing, electrical fixes, and general maintenance.

Stock & Supplies Management

: Making sure the resort has the necessary items for smooth operations.

Emergency Response

: Addressing urgent maintenance needs or guest concerns.

Environmental Care

: Maintaining green spaces, pools, and outdoor areas.

Communication with Management
