Job Summary
Provide compassionate, person-centered care to neuro-diverse learners enrolled in DeepRanjani's programs. Support their daily activities, learning readiness and well-being within the institute.
Key Responsibilities
Assist students during training sessions, activities and routines.
Support personal care, safety, behaviour guidance & comfort.
Work closely with therapists/educators to follow care plans.
Foster a calm, encouraging environment.
Observe and report progress or concerns to the team.
Ideal Skills
Patience, empathy and sensitivity toward neurodiverse learners.
Experience with caregiving, early intervention or similar roles.
Basic understanding of neuro-developmental needs is a plus.
Good communication and teamwork.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
