Job Summary
Counselling & Career Guidance: Provide detailed and customized counselling sessions to prospective students, helping them choose the right program based on their career goals.
Admissions Target Ownership: Achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment targets by converting inquiries into admissions through effective follow-ups and relationship-building.
Team Coordination & Mentoring: Guide junior counsellors, assist in team training, and ensure quality communication standards are maintained across all counselling interactions.
CRM & Reporting: Manage leads in the CRM system, track conversion progress, and share timely reports with the management.
Walk-in & Call Handling: Manage both walk-in and telephonic inquiries professionally, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Market Intelligence & Feedback: Collect feedback from students, monitor competition, and share insights to help improve course offerings and marketing strategies.
Requirements:
Minimum 2-4 years of experience in educational counselling, sales, or admissions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi
Strong convincing ability and target-oriented mindset
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred)
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Freshers with excellent communication and confidence can also apply.
