Achieve weekly enrollment targets and deliver assigned goals.
Follow up on leads generated through calls and other promotional activities; ensure accurate record maintenance.
Manage and update the student database efficiently.
Convert assigned leads into confirmed enrollments through inbound, outbound, and follow-up calls.
Collaborate with the team to maximize conversions and achieve overall sales objectives.
Provide excellent customer service to build long-term relationships with students and parents.
Utilize CRM software and other tools to monitor and enhance student engagement.
Qualifications:
Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline.
0-5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or related roles.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), CRM platforms, social media tools, and email marketing campaigns.
Strong organizational skills to manage and maintain the leads/prospects database.
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and enthusiastic about achieving sales goals.
Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and perform well under pressure.
Quick learner with a positive, growth-oriented mindset.
