Position Overview: Learning Advisor - Inside Sales

We're seeking fresh graduates and professionals with up to 3 years of experience who are passionate about education, career counseling, and consultative sales. As a

Learning Advisor

, you'll engage with prospective learners to help them choose the right programs to meet their career goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Connect with 80-100 potential learners daily via phone and video calls Understand each learner's educational background, professional goals, and skill gaps Recommend relevant upskilling programs based on personalized needs Support enrollment efforts and contribute to weekly/monthly revenue targets Maintain accurate records of communication and follow-ups using CRM tools

Who Should Apply:

Freshers looking to build a career in EdTech sales and guidance Professionals with 0-3 years of experience in B2C sales or educational counseling Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi Target-driven, self-motivated, and passionate about helping others succeed Willing to work from our Thane office

Qualifications:

Graduate in any discipline (mandatory) Prior experience in sales, career counseling, or EdTech is a plus
