Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute end-to-end recruitment strategies for overseas hiring needs across multiple departments.
Source qualified international candidates through job boards, social media, partnerships with overseas agencies, and talent databases.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
Conduct preliminary interviews and assess candidates' qualifications, language skills, and cultural fit.
Ensure compliance with international labor and immigration laws, work visa processes, and destination country employment regulations.
Maintain strong relationships with overseas recruitment agencies, educational institutions, and international job fairs.
Manage job postings and employer branding efforts targeted toward global talent pools.
Track recruitment metrics and prepare reports on hiring progress and challenges.
Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
