Counsel students on suitable courses, universities, and career options
Handle inbound & outbound calls, follow-ups, and lead conversions
Explain program details, eligibility, fees, and admission process clearly
Maintain student data and update CRM regularly
Achieve monthly enrollment and conversion targets
Coordinate with universities and internal teams for smooth admissions
Required Skills:
Good communication skills (English & Hindi)
Strong convincing and counseling ability
Basic knowledge of higher education / online programs preferred
Target-oriented and student-focused approach
Eligibility:
Graduate / Postgraduate (any stream)
Freshers with good communication can apply
