Requirements
What You'll Do
This role involves guiding students for admissions, helping them understand career pathways, and driving conversions through sales via calling.
Make outbound & inbound calls to students to discuss career goals and academic interests
Help students understand courses, colleges, exams, and future career outcomes
Provide personalised recommendations based on student strengths and preferences
Build rapport and trust through clear, structured conversations
Maintain strong follow-ups to move students through the admissions funnel
Convert interested queries into confirmed admissions through ethical persuasion
Maintain CRM logs, call histories, and follow-up schedules
Work closely with counselling & operations teams to ensure smooth transition into admissions
Who We're Looking For
Excellent communication (Hindi + English)
Ability to explain complex academic pathways in simple terms
Empathetic yet persuasive communication style
Target-driven, consistent, and confident
Freshers welcome if communication is strong
Strong calling + follow-up ability is essential
