Key Responsibilities
Engage with prospective students and parents through structured outbound and inbound calls using the provided lead database.
Understand each student's academic background, strengths, and aspirations to recommend the most suitable programs and courses.
Present and promote
Xylem Learning's
offerings confidently and persuasively.
Build trust-based relationships with students and parents through personalized counselling and consistent follow-ups.
Achieve or surpass monthly and quarterly enrollment and revenue targets.
Maintain accurate and updated records of all communications, follow-ups, and enrollments in the
CRM system.
Collaborate with academic, marketing, and operations teams to stay informed about current programs, offers, and organizational updates.
Provide actionable feedback to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and overall counselling effectiveness.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (mandatory).
0-2 years of experience in academic counselling, student advisory, or sales--preferably within the
education or EdTech sector.
Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed enrollment or sales targets.
Key Skills
Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation abilities.
Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive mindset.
Adaptable and solution-focused in a dynamic environment.
Proficiency in Malayalam
