Job Title: Career Growth Mentor -Outreach
Location: Bangalore (On-site)
Job Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
? Conduct interactive student training sessions, awareness programs, and skill
development workshops.
? Mentor students on higher education opportunities (online/offline) and support them
in decision-making.
? Facilitate university admissions and ensure timely monthly closures.
? Build and maintain strong relationships with institute management and students.
Work Model:
? Handle 3 institutes independently.
? Weeks 1-3: Training and student engagement activities.
? Week 4: Admission counseling and closure activities.
Qualifications:
? Bachelor's degree in any stream.
? 0-3 years of experience in training, counseling, or student engagement preferred.
? Freshers with excellent communication and presentation skills are encouraged to
apply.
? Ability to work independently and take complete ownership of assigned institutes.
