Conduct seminar presentations to promote and explain our services.
Design and deliver training sessions on soft skills, communication, and personality development.
Guide students/professionals in preparing effective CVs and resumes.
Coordinate and manage administrative tasks related to training and seminars.
Maintain training records, feedback reports, and related documentation.
Collaborate with management to enhance training programs and outreach activities.
Requirements:
Strong presentation and public speaking skills.
Good knowledge of soft skills, communication, and career development practices.
Ability to prepare and review CVs and resumes effectively.
Organizational and administrative abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Training/HR/Management background preferred).
Prior experience in training or seminar presentation will be an added advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
