We are looking for an enthusiastic and goal-oriented

Education Counselor

to join our dynamic team at the

DSU Campus, Kudlu Gate

. The role involves guiding students through course selection, admission processes, and career pathways. You will be the first point of contact for prospective students, ensuring a positive counseling experience and achieving enrollment goals.

Responsibilities:

Counsel students on academic programs, eligibility, and career opportunities. Handle walk-in and telephonic inquiries effectively. Maintain student follow-up and update records regularly. Assist with admission documentation and coordination. Work closely with the admissions and marketing team to achieve targets.

Requirements:

0-3 years of experience in counseling, education, or customer-facing roles (Freshers welcome). Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Kannada. Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.

Personal laptop is mandatory.

Positive attitude, good convincing skills, and student-centric approach.
