About the Role:

As a Career Development Executive/Sales Specialist at Simplilearn, you will play a pivotal role in driving customer acquisition and revenue growth. Key Responsibilities:

Convert leads generated through various marketing channels into sales. Develop and execute short-term and long-term sales strategies to meet assigned targets. Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities with existing customers. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention. Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to optimize the sales process. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in any field. 6 months to 4 years of experience Inside Sales with outbound calling Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for sales.
