Career Development Manager Job Type : Full-time regular employment. Location: Cochin Qualification 2-5 years of experience in similar profiles, Graduate/Masters/MBA, Skills Organizational and Managerial Skills Communication Skill (Reasonable command in English and Malayalam) Presentation Skill : Roles and Responsibilities: Team Management Ensure that the team\'s monthly target is met. Timely training to the team to ensure quality instructions are being passed to the customers and the clients. Address the team\'s concerns and queries and coordinate with another department of the company to increase the number of job opportunities given to the customers. Occasional IT company visits to enlarge the client network and build stronger client goodwill from time to time. Client Relations New client(IT Company) acquisition; Identifying and Associating with new organizations to find employment opportunities for trainees. Continuous relations with existing client network to bring in relevant placement opportunities. Occasional corporate visits to build or refresh client relations. Orientation programs and interview Training Conduct orientation sessions and interview Training sessions for trainees. Conduct trainee engagement activities like motivation sessions, grooming sessions, alumni meetings, industry talks, etc. to give them exposure to the industry. Guidance to trainees to choose the right opportunities based on their career interests. Provide targeted career information and resources for specific majors and interest groups to trainees and alumni as needed. Work on trainees\' feedback to improve overall student experience with the company. Conduct occasional corporate trainings. Recruitment-support process coordination Thorough understanding of client requirements and effective communication with the team to identify the right candidates who meet the client criteria. Coordinate client\'s recruiters and our trainees to assist the hiring process as /when required. Address trainees\' queries and concerns throughout the selection process of the client. Regular follow-up for tracking the progress of the selection process. Process Administration Maintaining Client database and detailed documentation of placement associations happening within the company. Maintain trainee database and files Monthly Reporting Any other duties as assigned by the management
