Role Overview

We are seeking a passionate and driven

Career Development Executive

who will guide and mentor working professionals in selecting the right academic program to boost their career growth. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, confident, and thrives in a goal-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct detailed counselling sessions with prospective working professionals to understand their career goals and recommend suitable management programs. Educate candidates about program features, career outcomes, and admission requirements. Evaluate candidate eligibility and ensure accurate documentation throughout the admission cycle. Coordinate with

Student Support

teams for seamless fee processing and onboarding. Provide timely assistance and resolution for student queries to ensure a positive enrolment experience. Maintain accurate records and support reporting requirements, including fortnightly updates related to admissions or cancellations. Consistently follow up with leads to maximize enrolment conversions.

Required Skills & Competencies

Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills. Strong customer-first mindset with the ability to understand individual career growth aspirations. Languages:

English, Hindi, Marathi

(mandatory) Ability to build trust and handle objections confidently. Target-oriented and self-motivated with a strong drive for performance.

Qualifications & Experience

1 year - 3 years of experience

in counselling/sales / academic advisory (experience in Ed-Tech or education sector preferred).

Compensation

Salary:

?3.6 L - ?4.8 L per annum

Incentives:

Highly lucrative, performance-based incentives (uncapped earning potential)

Work Schedule

Timing:

9:30 AM - 6:30 PM

Days:

Monday to Saturday

Weekly Off:

Sunday
