Job Description

We are looking for a

dynamic and passionate Career Development Officer (Male)

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for organizing

career guidance sessions, seminars, workshops, and student development activities

across schools and colleges. This role requires strong communication skills, public speaking ability, and a keen interest in mentoring students.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct career guidance

seminars, workshops, and orientation programs

for school and college students. Plan and execute various

career development and promotional activities

. Collaborate with academic teams to design and deliver engaging sessions on career planning, skill development, and motivation. Maintain and develop relationships with educational institutions for outreach programs. Prepare reports and feedback after each event. Assist in student counseling and guide them toward suitable career options. Represent the institution professionally at events and public interactions.

Requirements

Qualification:

Bachelor's degree (preferably in Commerce, Management, or related fields). Excellent

communication and presentation skills

in English and Malayalam. Passion for

student engagement, public speaking, and career mentoring

. Willingness to

travel

for seminars and events when required. Prior experience in education, training, or student counseling is an

added advantage

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
