Key Responsibilities
Provide career counseling and guidance to students and professionals.
Assist in designing and delivering career development programs, workshops, and training sessions.
Build and maintain relationships with students, parents, and industry professionals.
Support students in identifying career goals, job opportunities, and higher education prospects.
Coordinate with faculty and management to organize career-related events, seminars, and placement drives.
Maintain records of student progress and provide regular reports.
Stay updated on industry trends, higher education opportunities, and job market requirements.
Qualifications
Minimum qualification:
Graduate in any discipline
(Postgraduate preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for student development and career counseling.
Ability to organize events, workshops, and placement activities.
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email, online tools).
