We are looking for dynamic and goal-oriented Academic Counsellors who can guide professionals and students towards the right career-enhancing programs.

What we're looking for:

Graduates / Postgraduates (any stream)

Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written

Pleasing personality & confident presence

Sales mindset - target-driven with strong persuasion skills

Prior EdTech or counselling experience is an added advantage

Responsibilities:

Counsel working professionals on higher education courses

Understand student needs & suggest suitable programs

Manage leads and drive conversions through effective follow-ups

Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy
