Key Responsibilities:

Lead Handling: Manage incoming leads, make follow-up calls, and nurture them through the sales funnel. Walk-In Conversions: Convert leads into walk-ins by guiding students on the best career courses suited for their needs. Enrollment Process: Handle inquiries, counsel prospective students, and assist them in choosing the right courses. Fee Guidance: Provide clear information about the payment process and financial options available. Student Queries: Address all student queries, providing them with career guidance in the animation and VFX industry. Growth Focus: Drive overall growth for the branch by actively working on increasing enrollment numbers. Reporting: Keep track of lead status, walk-ins, and enrollments, ensuring daily reports are maintained.
Qualifications:

Graduate from a recognized university. Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact professionally with potential students and parents. Energetic and Self-Motivated: The ideal candidate should be driven to achieve enrollment targets and contribute to the growth of the branch. Prior experience in sales or education counseling will be a plus.
Good Sales background.
