Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented
Career Counsellor
to guide students and working professionals in choosing the right academic and career pathways. The role involves counseling, handling inquiries, and supporting candidates in their enrollment journey.
Key Responsibilities
Counsel students and working professionals on educational and career programs offered.
Understand individual needs and recommend suitable courses/programs.
Handle walk-ins, telephonic, and online inquiries effectively.
Maintain follow-ups with potential leads to ensure conversions.
Provide accurate information about course structure, benefits, and career opportunities.
Achieve monthly enrollment targets and contribute to business growth.
Maintain student records and update CRM/Database regularly.
Collaborate with the sales and academic teams for smooth onboarding.
Requirements
Graduate in any discipline (Education, or related fields preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasion and counseling skills.
Ability to handle queries with patience and professionalism.
Fresher with good communication skills or candidates with relevant experience are welcome.
