We are seeking an enthusiastic and confident Tele caller to join our Education Consultancy team. The ideal candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls, counsel students/parents regarding courses, and support the admission process for colleges and universities.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential students and explain available courses (Medical, Engineering, MBA, etc.)
Handle inbound enquiries from students and parents.
Regular follow-up with leads and convert them into admissions.
Explain admission procedures, eligibility, fees, and college details.
Maintain call logs, lead data, and follow-up schedules.
Support counsellors and the field team during admission season.
Requirements
Qualification: Minimum HS/Graduation (Any Stream)
Experience: 0-2 years (Freshers with good communication skills are welcome)
Skills:
Good communication (Bengali & Hindi must; English preferred)
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/WhatsApp/Typing)
Confidence and positive attitude
Ability to handle students and parents professionally
