Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct one-on-one career counseling sessions to assess students' interests, aptitude, personality traits, and career aspirations. Help students connect academic choices with career outcomes, including employability and skill requirements. Assist students in identifying skill gaps and recommend relevant UG/PG courses, certifications, internships, or training programs. Explain eligibility criteria, academic progression routes, fee structures and career outcomes. Maintain detailed records of counseling sessions, career recommendations, and follow-ups in the CRM system. Strive to achieve weekly and monthly targets.

Requirements:

Graduate or postgraduate degree in any discipline. 0-2 years of experience in career counseling, student advising, education services, or related roles. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust quickly. Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple counseling sessions efficiently. Genuine interest in mentoring, student development, and career planning

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
