Maintain accurate records of academic recommendations and counseling outcomes in the CRM system.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Graduate or postgraduate degree in any discipline.
Experience - 0 to 2yrs. (Prior exposure to education counseling, academic coordination)
Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to clearly explain complex academic structures and course options.
Organized and capable of managing multiple student interactions.
