Recommend suitable UG/PG programs based on eligibility, learning outcomes, and career alignment
Explain program details including course structure, duration, assessment methods, fees, financing options, scholarships, and placement support
Manage the complete admissions lifecycle, from lead qualification to enrollment confirmation
Achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment targets while maintaining high counseling quality standards
Accurately update student interactions, lead stages, and follow-up schedules in the CRM system
Eligibility Criteria:
Graduate or Postgraduate from any recognized discipline
0.6-2 years of experience in academic counseling, admissions, tele-sales, inside sales, or customer engagement roles (preferred)
Fresh graduates with strong communication skills and career counseling aptitude are encouraged to apply
Required Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
Excellent interpersonal and persuasion skills with a student-first approach
Ability to manage high lead volumes while maintaining conversion efficiency
Target-driven mindset with a commitment to ethical academic counseling
Strong time-management and follow-up discipline
